This review is left by one very beyond satisfied patient /customer! Five stars are not enough. I GIVE MRS. OZUAH & ZIDON INTERNAL MEDICINE TEN STARS! I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 10A appointment with Mrs. Ozuah, DNP, APRN. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and the office was bustling with activity. Mrs. Ozuah emerged, called my name and immediately and very efficiently began her triage routine. What impressed me was her bedside manner which is not only professional, but engaging. SHE TRULY LISTENED to what I was saying and she ASKED ME A LOT OF OPEN ENDED QUESTIONS regarding the concerns that brought me to the office. She EXPLAINED things to me. And for any patient, EDUCATION regarding the WHATs and WHYs, HOWs of their health journey is not only empowering but needful. I felt like I truly had an advocate who sincerely cared, and I feel like I have found my Primary Care Physician and DNP, APRN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZIDON HEALTHCARE! They are very friendly, caring and professional.

The office was able to move my appointment sooner than scheduled. Dr. Ozuah was so attentive and nice. She asked lots of questions and made sure I was comfortable when I didn’t feel good. Really amazing first experience with this office!

Zidon Internal Medicine is one of my Top Notch medical office that I go to for all my medical needs. I was very pleased with my experience at my last doctors appointment. The front desk staff was very warm, friendly and welcoming, and my wait time to see the doctor was short. Dr. Ozuah is the most kind, compassionate and caring doctor I have ever seen in my 68 years. I know that a lot of doctors seem to be but, Dr. Ozuah truly is. He takes as much time as is necessary whether that's 5, 10 or 30 minutes or longer each visit to get to know and understand his patients. I'm so glad I was referred to him as a PCP from an emergency room visit. His staff is the same way, they are courteous and make me feel welcome every time I'm there. I was very pleased with my visit

I'm recovering from covid but still did not feel well. Mrs Ozuah APRN fit me in a busy schedule for Friday. Dr Ozuah saw me for my visit and diagnosed me with a sinus infection. I was so worried and nervous. He reassured me that people recovery and react to covid differently and I was just having a little set back but nothing he could not treat. I was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid. I was also instructed to continue with my inhalers for shortness of breath issues and to rest. I left the office feeling confident I had been well taken care of and would recover in time. Thank you Dr Ozuah and staff.

New to Texas, I chose Dr. Uchenna Ozuah based on his location close to my new home, but also based on the high ratings he received. It’s pretty scary picking a new doctor after having mine over 30 years in NY State, but I certainly chose an excellent one here! Doctor Ozuah is caring, pays attention to my every concern, answers questions so I clearly understand, and takes whatever time Is needed with his patients. His whole staff is very friendly and helpful when needed too. If I could give him a #10 rating I would.

Dr.Ozuah and DNP Ozuah both are remarkable providers. This was my first time at this location and the entire process was patient friendly .
